With over 5,000 kids in Oregon's foster care, our mission is clear: create more safe, secure, and supportive environments for children to thrive in. We champion the KEEP program, extending its reach to foster and kinship families across the state.

Some children require extra care, and we advocate for the expansion of evidence-based treatment foster care through the Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) program. TFCO empowers families to create true homes of healing for higher-need kids.

Beyond stabilizing foster homes, our focus is on preventing unnecessary removals. We strive for equal training and support for bio, kinship, and foster families, ensuring that every family and child in Oregon can thrive.

Foster Homes of Healing supports initiatives like Independent Living Program expansion, KEEP growth, TFCO capacity building, and preventative parent training. Reducing caseloads for casework staff is vital to providing families with the support they need.
